AUB Credit Card. Vehicles without another promo get 5% off when you pay with an AUB credit card on our card terminal. Other banks' credit cards, debit cards and bank QR pay the regular price.
Installment. Credit card installment is available. You can also arrange financing with a financing company of your choice.
Pay only after OFERO confirms your order on Messenger. We never ask for your card number or PIN in chat.

Warranty counts from the day you buy your vehicle: frame and swing arm 5 years; lithium battery 2 years (leakage, or capacity below 80%); motor, controller, charger and meter 1 year; front fork, stands, handlebar, shock absorbers, wheels and rims 8 months; brakes 6 months (brake pads not covered). Lead-acid battery (VELORA): 1 year; our store checks the battery to decide whether a problem is covered. Covered parts are replaced free, including labor. Bring your receipt to any OFERO store; vehicles bought from an authorized OFERO dealer have the same warranty. The lithium battery is covered for 2 years from the day you buy your vehicle (leakage, or capacity below 80%). Please do not open the battery case yourself: opening it, or a damaged “void” label on the battery, ends the battery warranty. If anything seems wrong with your battery, bring the vehicle and your receipt to any OFERO store and we will check it. Lead-acid battery (VELORA): 1 year; our store checks the battery to decide whether a problem is covered.
When you get your vehicle, you receive a Sales Invoice (SI) and a Certificate of Ownership (COO).
In October 2024, LTO announced a temporary suspension of registration and driver's license requirements for light electric vehicles such as e-bikes and e-trikes. National rules are being revised, some cities require an LTO driver's license or local registration, and units used for hire must be registered. Please check with LTO and your city or municipal hall. (As of October 2026)
